In the event that you share the candidate's skill requirements with us, we begin the search process. To ensure that applicants are capable of executing the project at hand, you can conduct interviews or ask them to take any specific tests you want them to take.
Following our virtual/online pre-screening tests, we select the candidates who perform in the top 10% and schedule on-site/virtual interviews with them based on the organization's specifications.
As a result of the screening process, we present the top candidate profiles and let the client interview and select the candidates according to their preferences and requirements.
Upon reviewing and selecting the candidates for your team, we begin the onboarding process. After obtaining all the necessary documents and certificates from the candidate, we help them fill out the necessary forms, followed by the signing of the offer letter or contract.
In order to ensure efficient cooperation, we provide ongoing support once the new team members have been onboarded. To help you build a strong, healthy relationship with the new employee, and to achieve better results for your organization, we encourage the newly hired employee to give us feedback.
